A Medication Care Coordinator works with all points of contact in a pharmacy to improve overall patient experience and medication-related outcomes. This includes clinical providers, pharmacists, clinicians, insurance companies, and consumers. Some days you may work in more of a pharmacy technician role. On other days you may need to connect with individual patients to ensure they are following their drug plan accordingly.
Take your healthcare career to the next level with our online Medication Care Coordinator program. We’ve carefully developed this 24-week program and compiled five courses to provide you the best career training experience.
